I just purchased a program ( scripts) from a company and as I learn more about php I realized that some of the php is scrambled. I had to install Zend Optimizer on my server and I'm sure that has something to do with this.
My question is,
What if this company goes under or this person dies ( God forbid) I will be left with scripts that I nor anyone else can read. I paid $350 for this program and my intentions are not to rip the code off but to feel comfortable that I can have others work on the scripts if needed or myself as I learn.
Are their ways to unscramble scrambled code????
