Can someone point me in a good direction where to find a tutorial on how to use templates and php. I have some understanding but Im not even sure if Im on the right track. As faras I can muster .tpl's are the html layout of the page and .php is the code behind it....so when you see something between curly braces in a .tpl it's calling for a php page like {login} for login.php. Now assuming Im right here what I don't get is how its all put together. I mean to say when I browse to my forums page on my site I'm actually going to index.php, but no where in that file do I see...go get header.tpl and body.tpl and footer.tpl....so I don't know how it knows how to construct the page....
