I'd average 3-4 hrs sleep most week nights. Usually longer on weekends though. Weekdays I'm up at 6am to get to work by 7:30, and work through until 5:30-6pm, get home, grab something to eat, then off to do something else, be it sports, music, friends etc. Get tired of sitting in front of a computer all day at work, so I try and avoid it straight afterwards. I usually get home from whatever I'm doing around 11-12, and jump on the computer then, play some games or work on some personal projects and then head off to sleep around 2-3am. 24hrs isn't enough :p
