embedding flash/mpg or other media format in to HTML EMAILs

Hello all!

Got a question on what formats can be embedded in to HTML emails.

I know for example flash doesnt work on hotmail(most secure webmail accounts), but how about mpg's.

Is it possible to embed mpg's or any other similar formats into HTML emails so that the email will contain some "moving" content.

I appreciate your response. Also does anyone know if there is a list on the web of the majority of email clients and how they handle HTML emails and embedded formats.

Well... the best advice I can give is try it out. Give it a go. Just use normal HTML
