The single and double quote are in a "title" field on the db, I get the field to populate the textbox so a user can change the field.
If the field has the quotes it trucates it, doesn't display it, it does a variety of things depending on the quotes.
I've tried addslashes and much more.
This works in a textarea (quotes have no effect), but not in a textbox.
To begin with, think about it, an input has the attribute value= and we usually double quote after the equal sign or single quote but if the income text has quotes, what to do?
Thanks... this is really ticking me off... there has to be a way around it.
I test in NS (I use NS mostly), but the problem is in IE as well (just checked it out).
