i wrote a script in php that updates some data on my web site, problem is that when i update the contents of my web site it does not update the contents, i thought that may be my updation query is not working but when i execute the same file from ftp(by right clicking on file and then execute) it shows the updated contents, same is not heapened in case if i brows through browser.
any body help why is so heapening.

Let me get this straight: you run it through your FTP client, and it works, but when you run it through your browser, it doesn't?

Do you get any errors, or does it just not update?

no i did't get any error i just get old page. not the updated one

assume that your results display page is display.php and the upadating page is update.php
