Hello,
I'm currently using MyISAM, and I'm wondering why I should use InnoDB instead. I don't precisely need transactions and using foreign key would make our database cleaner but it's not mandatory.
What I would like to know is InnoDB's performances.
I convert all my databases in InnoDB and what I noticed is that I need twice more space than before.
what about the performance ? Is InnoDB quicker for INSERT, and SELECT ?
Tell me, if you use InnoDB instead MyISAM if you are satisfied and if you think InnoDB will become a standard
If you have any bench available I would be gratefull
Thanks in advance
