Does anyone recognize this script or does anyone know something like it that I can download and install?

The registry script? I'm sure it's something they programmed, which means you won't find it anywhere.
I think you'd be better off programming one/getting one programmed for your needs, rather than looking for one like that... I doubt you'd find it.
Not even a simplified version of it? We are a non making money club and lack the PHP to do it 😉

Hmm... I'm sure you could come up with something like that. You might be able to find a simplified version. Try looking at the PHP Resource Index. It's probably the best PHP script site on the internet.
