create table command in mssql

I can CREATE TABLE's in my sleep with mySQL.

Is there anything different on the syntax in MSsql? specifically declaring the indexes, primary keys, etc.?

If it's markedly different, any recommended resources or URL's to learn about SQL specifically for mssql database?
