Making a simple message board

Is there a good tutorial on wtriting a simple messageboard? Nothing fancy, No logging in, just a fileds to enter your name and message and maybe to store messages in a text fileand to reply to posts, again nothing fancy. If you know where I could fina a tutorial like this please reply to this topic.

Aww I...c that is a good thing. So here is what to do next. Go get a nice PHP learning book and go through it all to get a nice thorough grasp of PHP. Then you don't need a tutorial all you will need is a concept of what you want to do. Then since you have good knowledge of the language you can make that concept come to life with PHP.

BTW Tutorials suck they can confuse you really easily if you don't have good knowledge of PHP. Anyway if you script something yourself you get much more graditude then if you followed a tutorial. Not community graditude but self graditude.

Don't leave lol I gave you help. By expressing my opinion on the best way to learn. The way I just told you is the way I learned PHP. Everyone has their own way in learning how to do something I just told you my way and hope that you will try it out. But if someone else answered they would have told you adifferent way to learn how to do what you want to do. But 98% will turn you away from tutorials and point you at a book instead.
