hi i would like to ask some help with those guys who know about this

example:
$curDate = date('Y-m-d');

i want to get the previous 7, 14, 30 days from the $curDate

i just dont know what to do maybe you guys have tried it

Easier to leave everything as timestamps and convert them to human-readable dates after you've done the calculations. But,

$lastWeek = date('Y-m-d', strtotime('7 days ago'));
//etc.
