Where to find php.ini to correct login problems

I tried installing a template, but find that I have login problems. After I have login as admin, I was asked to login again when I click any links in the admin page.

The FAQ support said that it is due to my PHP setting. Please firstly find the file "php.ini" and then modify the session part.

I did a phpinfo and found as followsL

PHP Version 4.2.2 System Linux
php.ini path : /etc/php.ini

Problem is I can't find php.ini in /etc. I tried finding in usr/local/lib but no avail.

Anybody can help?😕

Hi,

it is missing, so you might want to create one by e.g. taking the php.ini-dist out of the source distribution.
