weird db problem...what is "next autoindex"

this has happened a few times now...my mysql db stops accepting information at record number 127...????!

anybody know why this happens and what i can do to get around the problem in the future?

argh...i'm using phpMyAdmin to do this...i'm trying to use it to INSERT a new record...i get this error message...

Could it be that you are using say, TINYINT for the datatype of your auto incremented primary key?
