Nope, I'm not positive what IMAP_createmailbox dose, but it
doesn't create user accounts. I think its just use for creating
extra mail boxes for existing users. Thanks though. I have
looked around for hours on this, and I have come to the
conclusion that there is no functions for this, or even a standard way
of doing it. A major problem is that no mail servers (that I know
of) support users creating there own accounts, so I will have to
make a script that can make shell commands as either the mail
server admin, or maybe even system admin/root.(Yea, I know
that's risky business)
