php/msSQL connect

Can anyone tell me where to look for examples, or better yet, give me an example or two on how to connect and query a msSQL database in PHP? I do it all the time with mySQL, but have never worked with msSQL.

I checked out php.net, but there are no examples there.

There are examples on php.net. Go there, and type MSSQL in the search box. You will get descriptions/examples of all the built-in MSSQL functions in PHP. Pretty much all of the functions are the same as mysql's except you put mssql_function instead of mysql_function.
