Well, I doubt the actual implementation of GST calculation would be difficult.

Why dont you go to your local authorities to find out the official formula? It should be readily available, and more reliable than randomly searching the Web (unless there's an official website by the Canadian govt, but I'm not Canadian so I wouldnt know).
