[Resolved] Categories

im sure this has been asked but my searches came to either a dead end or not what i was looking for.

I have two tables. first table is jscategorys:
set up like so with cid unique
cid, title, description

and the second is the jscontent:
set up like so with pid unique
pid, cid, title, text, signature

how would i build this into categories and when i choose one that it would move me on to view what was in it? there will only be one level.
