Best Shop Apps

Can anyone give me some suggestions on good PHP based shopping cart apps (preferably with mySQL as the D😎. I've looked into osCommerce, but am looking for something a little better - even if it costs me money.

Any suggestions would be great,

FWIW, in order to mesh with whatever you're trying to do, it's likely that at some time you or someone will have to customize almost anything you come up with....
