Ok, this is interesting. I have a php auth page that I wrote. It registers a session variable and if that session is registered, let's the user view the pages - a standard auth system.
All that works great - every page works fine. Now, I have added a forum (fud forum) to my site. It was a huge pain to modify, but I got it done and now my page auth ties into fud fine. I've added a link BACK to my original site's home page (so the user does not have to login again) and it doesn't recognize that he's a valid user. It bring up my error not logged in page. I thought it was invalidating my session or deleting it somehow, but I was wrong. If I use my back button until I get back into my orignal site, it comes up fine and from there I can again view other pieces to my website that had it invalidated my session, I would not be able to view.
Any ideas as to why when I click my home button it won't recognize my session, but if I use my browser's back button it will?
Thanks!!
