The closing brackets are for an if function. This is the last line in the script.

Parse error: parse error in /var/www/html/dunhill/admin/pick-edit.php on line 440

The line with the closing bracket is line 440.

Why the error?

The error is happening somewhere up above in your code. Line 440 is where PHP has finally figured out something is missing.
