frames

I created a web page using frames in dreamweaver top middle and bottom frame, in top frame a put a bar with button and assigned a behaviour for drop down menu but when u click on the button the menu is hidden behind main frame how do I get it to show in front

don't use frames.... not going to work how you've got it, less you increase the height of your top frame...
though not a PHP question?:mad:
