I thought you didn't care for the whole Liz thing

I was waiting for the LART to come out

LOL Stolzy- you know I hate the "LIZ" action! But alas, I must be getting mellow in my old age, as it did sneak past me. I'm going to have to put my LART on standby, ready to go full force at the next LIZ reference 🙂

Geez, Liz... it's not like the guy knew...

Buzz, you can run but you can't hide from the pink fuzzy LART. Just when you least expect it.... WHACK.

        Most exhilerating experiences:

Skydiving on the Eastern Shore of MD. There are so many rivers and streams that it's an amazing view.

Kayaking the Atlantic in a hurricane and NOT slamming into the jeddy.

My first trip over Kenosha Pass into South Park in CO. It was just as the sun rose and the clouds, which were about 500 ft above us, had a small break in them where 1 snow-capped peak was shining through with a golden tint due to the sun. I had just moved here and this was my first real taste of the Rockies. I knew I'd found my home. 🙂

No children yet, but I'm sure, if it happens, that will top all the above.

 WOW that's cool 🙂 your pretty active aren't ya

lol. Nah, that was about 5 years ago. TBH, lately I've been trying to overcome a huge fear: Bears. For some reason, I'm terrified that I'm going to run into one while out in the Rockies. I grew up in an area where there were none. Soooooo, now I just go out and play in the forests of CO, to try and get over this weirdness. I just got back this morning from an overnight.

I'll edit my last post, if I do run into one - provided I'm still able to. 😃

I know what you mean, js - when we went camping out in Montana and Wyoming they cautioned you so much about bears, it really made you paranoid. I know they were trying to prevent any mishaps, but it was like "ok, already!" 🙂

Plus we had a 190 lb. black newfoundland at the time, so we had to tie a red bandana around his neck so he wouldn't get shot or frighten away the other campers LOL.

We went camping one time when I was a teen, and they warned us about bears. My uncle's two daughters asked a million questions about bears because they were very nervous. One night, my uncle put two flashlights on his daughters' tent and growled. They screamed bloody murder, and were pissed at him for days. I thought it was quite humorous 😃

Hmmm bears with flashlights ... okay, I can see that. I read an amusing short story once entitled "Bears Discover Fire".

I read Barenstein Bears, I highly recommend it 😛

Yeah, MT and WY both have Grizzlies, so I can see the concern.

Whoa, 190 lbs? I assume you rode him, rather than hike beside him? 😃

No, but we hiked really SLOWLY when he was with us, nothing he did was very high-energy 😃 Great dog & friend though.

Well, looks like I'm going to have another "exhilirating experience" on or about Feb 12... no, no it's not what you're thinking - get your minds out of the gutter! Actually it's the result...
Yes, I'm what is effectively known as "knocked up" 🙂

Now, you understand all the Sprite-drinkin' and LART-bashin' that's been going on around here 😃

                          -Elizabeth

Congrats sweety! Wishin' ya the best.

Umm, nope; don't see what it has to do with that. I'm stoopid. But, otherwise, "Yippee!!"

Congratulations, as Sxooter said... May you have twins if you want them, at least 360 good backrubs, no 'ro.... (nevermind 😉 ) and may the hospital do everything you say 'stead of the other way 'round.

Be sure and send us a pic by March 1st; and don't let this modding thing raise your b.p. ......

Sprite=no caffeine, no alcohol, otherwise Elizabeth would be partaking of the alcoholic beverages at the good ol' PHP Meetups.
The increase in LART wielding is caused by this fact: hormonal imbalances in pregnant women can cause irrational and impulsive behavior... you've all been warned.

                                😃

(thanks for the congrats, guys btw)

Doh, Right! And we're expecting, too --- can you tell somebody's hubby spends too much time on the forums?

My wife discovered caffeine-free Mt. Dew the last time and never looked back --- but she was hopping mad when Wal*Mart quit carrying it for a while a coupla years ago.

Wow... congratulations! Remind me to buy you a beer next meetup! 😉

That's wonderful news, hon. Are you sure it's yours? 😃

Dunno for sure, guess we'll have to wait for the DNA tests 🙂
