Anyone know how to get the URL from the site a person came from ? (ie; Link Referal)
Is there a server variable for that ?

$HTTP_REFERER isn't 100% reliable . . . is there a more reliable way ?
As far as I know, no.
On the site I am working on, if there is no referer set or if it from off the site, it defaults to the home page.
If this doesn't work for you, sorry.
Have you tried using the javascript referrer? document.referrer or something like that if I remember offhand
