Adding users to an NT Domain

Is it possible in PHP4 to add/edit/del users to an NT Domain? I have looked around but can't seem to find a solution.

Hi,
you can call system command "net user" to add / del and
"net localgroup" to change permission.
But i think your php must running as administrator of domain (!!!) or you can't make other user than basic guest.
