for some reason... which i'm not sure what is yet, the code below is makeing a folder rwxr-xr-x
mkdir($path, 0777);
path is correct.. any thoughts?
i've been reading about how when a script creates new files the group becomes the php server or something, i don't know much about linux permissions etc. but this has been boggling my mind for 2 days now and i'm stuck. help?
all i'm doing is making a new folder and copying the contents from one folder to another. sounds super simple.. ...... i'm so lost...
