Looked at your site Pyrox and the ASP link goes to a page that says there is no code which has coloration on it that makes it hard to read the message. Also why in the world would you put a link to ASP??? Ewww.

too BLUE... i know their songs are nice to hear, but not to see ...🙂
the upper link menu, (the date time row) almost hard to see
consider white color there... the TD should height=>25 for those cell in that row. 🙁 make the datetime gray a bit

logo_top should change also... 🙁 put some image on the background

bg color should darker than current gray

should change the bar01.gif... perhaps a non-gradient color is better.
