Displaying dynamic content in a table...

Ello... Im making a big project using PHP and mySQL. The site is going to have members, and each member can write details about themselves, which will be displayed on the site. The problem is, im worried about people entering stuff that will make the tables distort.
The page that the info will be displayed in, will be made with tables, as most pages are, right. Now what if someone wrote:

"Wow. Im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stoopid!"

All those o's, are gonna make my table wider arent they... is there some kinda wrap or something that will force words to start a new line when the end is reached? not a particular php question i know, but everyones so helpful in here...

You could use nl2br(wordwrap($text,$length)) if you knew how long you wanted it to be in characters. Wordwrap() wraps it at a certain character length, and nl2br changes all formats of new lines into <br />.

You could also use a regular expression to check the length. Weedpacket posted a good one a while back, I'm sure you'll be able to find it if you search.
