Configuring PHP...

This is probably a very common one...but how can i solve this?..whenever i try to execute a PHP script....IE says.....

" Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled.

This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive. "

...im running on Omni HTTPD.

Install PHP with the binary zip, not the exe installer. Then follow the directions in the install.txt file to set it up with your webserver and you should be set.

Your method also sounds right but i editted php.ini and changed the cgi.redirect_status variable..and it worked.
