can anybody help me to do a smiple forum?

I have a very emergency job which quite needs your guys' help. The forum is simple but I do not have time to learn much about Php.

If anybody can write the forum(Php & Mysql) for me , please email all the files and descriptions to [e-mail]. Thanks a lot!!!

P.S.: I know how to create table, just need php code files.

Well you can get PHPBB from http://www.phpbb.com I advise using it as it's the best system you will get for free. I Use VBulletin but you require a License for that priced at $80 US

All you have to do with PHPBB is setup the tables and BOOYA You have a fully Functional Forum! If you need help with anything get me on the Email [e-mail].

Thanks for your help. but what I need is not a fully functional forum, I just need a forum which can exactly match the specifications I posted in the top, nothing more and nothing less.

Do you want people to be able to view the board without logging in and just restrict them to read only, or do you want them to be able to post as a guest?

People can not login in if they do not register, they can not see anything in the board.

If they want to see or post, they have to register first in order to have a username a password.

just as the specifications, nothing more.
