search engine recognition

Hi All,

I am building a statistics section for my websites. I would like to know which search-engines were used, and which key-words were used.

To save me a lot of programming (One script per search engine..) to get all this information from URLS.. Is there anybody who has built a search-engine recognition script and is willing to share?
