I had aproblem which I have aggravated whiles trying to solve. The problem was this: when I refresh my page, it doesn't reload. It behaves like the "back" button in IE. After reinstalling php and apache, the log in page of my scripts are not working. And some pages don't post to the next. What is happening?
its a browser problem..not server.
This is currently happening to me on a site I go to and it works for everyone but me..
I would say try a different browser, clean out your temp internet folder, and ctrl+F5
