Cookies in php

Im new to both php and html and i was wondering if cookies once set in one file can be used some other file?....if how is it done?....does the user still have to refresh the current page..i was a bit confused...any help is appreciated.

yep, you should be able to, otherwise what would be the point in setting cookies, right 😃
