Phpinfo() include path

I have the following include path in the phpinfo.php page.

include_path:
local value: .;c:\php4\pear
Master value: .;c:\php4\pear

Where do I change this, to a path I actually have?

edit your php.ini file.
go to start
select run
type php.ini
enter
