why I cant upload files

Formerly I can do it.But now error occurs .

it says ¡±Unable to open './tmp/phpGEVMSm' for reading: No such file or directory in inc/cl_upload_file.php on line 150¡°.

cant open the dir?But PHP will create one automatically when the file is uploaded.

Are there any one tell me why.THX

you need to have a tmp directory set in your php.ini for the temp uploaded file to go before it gets placed in the directory of your choice
