think !
1) you create gdb DATABASE on your pc,
2) you create your DB under SYSDBA,
your_password
1) then i copy your database into my pc,
2) and now i can easy open your DB under my ROOT and my_password
i can also very easy modifu your DB metadata, i can get security data from copied DB
