I also have alot more questions and my book makes everything so damn confusing and I need to learn PHP quick my Job depends on it I now am In my friends PHP business he hired me to learn and build and I need to learn quick I dont wnat to bug you guys with alot of my b/s newbie questions. Is there any website I can go to learn quick or a few months and that is easy?

Just get a beginner's book, spend a few days reading it, trying examples out, then head over to php.net and download the PHP manual or use it online.

Well, then use the PHP manual http://www.php.net/manual/en download it, I would recommend the chm version if you're on M$ windows
you will need to have some programming background to start using it well though, which is why I recommend a beginners' book first.
