add edit delete options!

i have a database which i can search with an html form and output of course in a format i want. it's working pretty well. to update, delete, add data i use phpMyAdmin. What i want to do now is this. That when the result of a certain search is shown, there would be the option to update, delete and even add new data. i need help how to begin this. help please again!
