cpu load averages on win32 server?

I want to show the cpu load average of my server at the bottom of a few of my pages. Is this possible with PHP running on IIS4/Windows2000 or IIS5/WinXP? Also would be helpful if someone could show me how to do this, and also give us an example of how to do it on a *nix based server...
