Visual Basic Source to PHP?

I have an application that was developed in the early nineties in VB, it's a basic (but long 45 printed pages) logic script from formwork that I need to port to PHP (or something cross-platform) . I've not found anything that converts, or anywhere/one that can help me and advise me on this?

I've heard that ASP2PHP will work well with VB code. I haven't tried it myself, so let us know how if works out if you do try it.

I tried that last night, and I was underwhelmed to say the least.. After a look at the codes side by side I saw no difference, it didnt alter if, for, whiles anything that could be as easy as a find and replace let alone the more complex methods and strings. I should have prefaced that in the first post.
