php email free web hosting

hi ,
i am trying to find free web hosting wervice that has enable php coding.
i wrote php file that sends 100 emails to a user but when i uploaded my web page to lycos(fre hosting ) i got message that i am not allowed to send more than 100 messagges. i worked but only 150 emails per day.
i am trying to find solution for my problems.
i don't know where to search for free hosting service that will enable my php coding...

Is it as mail bombing script. Because I doubt there will be many services, especially free ones that let you do that🙂
