Textbox help needed...

Here is what I'm doing...

I'm creating a textbox on a form and saving the submitted text into a mysql database.

I am allowing the person that submit the form to go back and change it whenever they want to. However when they go back to edit their information their previous values don't show up in the textarea box.

How would I retain the information when they go back to edit their information?
