Ok. your gonna encounter big words a lot. So if your not good with them id suggest you get a PHP Book. You can search the Forums to find out what is a Good PHP Book. I dont know what is good because ive never used one.
From there your gonna want some online tutorials as well.
http://spoono.com is a very very good Noobs tutorials not just PHP
If you dont want to be flamed make sure you always refer to the PHP Manual. http://php.net/manual/en
From there you'll find many of tutorial sites.
When you get more advanced you'll want to look at http://zend.com
They do have some nOOb tutorials but they are very hard to understand when first starting.
