I believe that is what I would use for what I'm trying to do.

My goals are (this is for a download script BTW)
... Each file can only be downloaded by 10 people at once.
... And I want to be able to display how many people are currently downloading it.
I was thinking instead of downloading a file at once.
Simply set a variable for 10 minutes. When the variable is set the total count goes up one. When it expires, down one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
