this script is working on windows XP server but it seems like it is not working on linux server... please help... thanks in advance 🙂

This will probably seem stupid. But have you made sure the files are

1) Uploaded
2) In the correct Directory

On linux servers the absolute path to files is different then on windows systems ... need to make sure your absolute paths correspond to where your files are located on the linux server when running it off that server.

include "./dir/file.php";
