hey guys, i've been postin now for quite some time, and i just wanted to know what you guys think of my situation...
i've been working for a company in south east idaho, building their site, deploying mulitiple ideas in php as sales tools for them. some more advanced then others. my latest project entaled a template web system for people who wanted a website through us. a good idea with lots of benefits, but, he's just not getting the sales. all of these projects, and he's getting no-one to buy into it. now, this isn't my fault of course, but, it just happens. so, now my job is threatened because he's not making money to pay me. i'm only 18, but dang good at what i do. so i just am wondering if there's a way to go from here. i've looked a little bit around where i live for programming type jobs. but, this is idaho and there's barely anyone looking for someone like me. so i just want to know if anyone knows of a place online where people are looking for people like me. i know there are places where you can bid on jobs or whatever, and i don't know what the links are for places like that, but that's a possiblity as well. i don't want this to sound like a resume or a plead for a job, because it's not. i just don't want to work in a potatoe cellar all summer long!!!!
if going to bid sites like that is a way to go, is it good enough or better then finding an employment job, like actually getting paid sallary. any and all comments are extremely welcome. thanks. - Mike Lundell
