remote hit counter

Hi guys,

I gave couple of banner to some guys who want to show them in
their sites. I want to count audience of their sites.(just like a remote hit counter)
I have seen some guys do this by giving a java script code to put
on others sites!

is there someone konw, how they do that or any other way?

Is the banner on your server (are you hosting it), or on theirs? If it's on your server, you can make a PHP file that will count and output the image--the user will never know.
You can use fwrite() to increment a variable kept in a file. (You'll need to fopen() a file with modes "w+b".)

nop sites are not in the same sever,so it won't be that easy
