[Resolved] Need help with image urls in database.

My problem is that the flat file I uploade has image links, they are in the http: form. I need to include that image in the select statment and print within my table onto the screen.

How would I take the url for the image, add it to the
$t_image = <img src....etc?

Any help appreciated.

I think you need to describe your problem in greater detail.

You upload a textfile, select from a database.
But what do you want to do?

I would give

$t_image = '<img src="' . $image_url . '" alt="image">';

as the answer to your question, but I doubt that will help you.

Ok, I upload, make the select statment, then I want to put them into a page. I have a page for:
header
products
view_item.

The products page will list the categories and items, when a user clicks a product it will go to the view_item page, where there will be a brief description of the product, notes, link and image.

The image would be that url that is in the database table. There are currently 4900 records in there now.

Hope that helps in more detail. Although what you said, may be what I needed.
I will give it a whirl in later in the morning and get back to ya here with the outcome.

Sorry, there may still be a bit of confusion. Do you have images in the database or URLs that provide image locations?
