how can i run http://directory.mydomain.com/. I hv hosted my site on linux server.is there any tutorial available on net.i hv written "directory".i think there would be a need of directory to run this kind of domain.but exactly i don't know. Please help. thanks
How you create subdomains depends on your server setup.
I suggest that you ask your hosting provider.
If you're running Apache, just create a new vhost. You'll need to either have the subdomain *.mydomain.com or directory.mydomain.com, depending on your DNS server.
