Installed everything, but Problem

Ok, here is what i have got,

I installed IIS (IIS 5.1 for Win XP) Running Fine
I installed MYSQL (WinMYSQL admin Ver 4.0.13 18.1M) Running Fine
I installed Php (PHP Ver 4.3.2) Running Fine
I got PHPMYADMIN (Installed as it says), but when i try to run the program, i get this message:

The host name is empty!

I cant see to see what is wrong, the background colour shows up but i just get this error, can someone help.

OK guys, thanks for the help on that problem, it all works now, but now there is one more problem, when i try to go to the page, it askes me for a loggin and password, how do i create an account which can loggin?

If you use http as authentication method phpMyAdmin uses the mysql users to authenticate. If you type in any user/pass combination defined in the mysql database you should be able to log in. In a default installation this is root without any password.

ok, i have figured all that out, but i would like to have multiple users, how would i go about setting this up?

You can add these users to the mysql.user table with hardly any privileges if you want to restrict access to certain databases/tables. You can then grant the privileges you wish to these users by inserting records into e.g. the db table in the mysql database.

OK, i need help once again,

First i will tell you what i have done to get it working.
I had to change HTTP to COOKIE, as when it was http, it wouldnt let me loggin to PHPMYADMIN, when i changed it to COOKIE, the login page was displayed, and i typed anything in the username and clicked loggin, and it worked.

Now, i want to make it so you cant just put any username and click loggin, i want to make it that you have to have a username and pass to loggin.

Also, im on a network, and when i look at pages which use MYSQL on the network, lets say im useing PHPBB, i can access it from the main server, which the MYSQL server is on, but when i go on anyother computer, i try to access it and it comes up with a critical error, could not connect to server.

I tryed putting the computer's name, which is p4 insted of localhost, but still didnt work
