Hey guys, I can get this to send attachments no problem, but when I add the fields of Name, Pseudonym, and Additional Info, the email just simply won't send. What have I done wrong?

// Read POST request params into global vars
$name = $_POST['name'];
$ademail = $_POST['ademail'];
$email = $_POST['email'];
$subject = $_POST['subject'];
$pseudonym = $_POST['pseudonym'];
$add_info = $_POST['add_info'];
$bio = $_POST['bio'];
// Obtain file upload vars
$fileatt = $_FILES['fileatt']['tmp_name'];
$fileatt_type = $_FILES['fileatt']['type'];
$fileatt_name = $_FILES['fileatt']['name'];
$headers = "From: $email";
$msg = "Name: $name\n" .
"Email Address: $email\n" .
"Pseudonym: $pseudonym\n" .
"Additional Info: $add_info\n";
if (is_uploaded_file($fileatt)) {
// Read the file to be attached ('rb' = read binary)
$file = fopen($fileatt,'rb');
$data = fread($file,filesize($fileatt));
fclose($file);
// Generate a boundary string
$semi_rand = md5(time());
